The Sprint that opens the second stage of Nove Mesto, penultimate of the 2020/2021 Biathlon World Cup, is won by the French Quentin Fillon Maillet (0-0) who, obtaining the second time on narrow skis just 3 seconds behind Johannes Boe , is imposed with 11.3 seconds ahead of the Norwegian Tarjei Boe (0-0).
After many podium finishes in the season, Lukas Hofer (0-0), who paid only 18 seconds to the best on skis, gets third place, the first podium of the men's Italy in Nove Mesto in history.
The blue defends himself in the last lap and increases his advantage over Emilien Jacquelin (0-0) who pays 22.7 seconds to the winner on the finish line
