Appointment at 12:45 tomorrow for the first men's relay of the 2020/21 World Cup. At 3.15 pm the women's pursuit will start, a race that will conclude the long trip to Kontiolahti.

The blue technical staff has decided to field Didier Bionaz at the launch of the first men's relay of the 2020/21 World Cup. The three veterans will follow, while Patrick Braunhofer has been excluded. Lukas Hofer, fresh from a good Pursuit, which saw him for a while also fighting for the podium, will try to keep Italy high in the second fraction.
In the two final stages there will be Thomas Bormolini and Dominik Windisch, both at their second outing of the season (after the Sprint on Thursday) and certainly not at 100% form. As for the women's relay (closed by Italy in 6th place), Italy will play an outsider role and it will be difficult to repeat the podium obtained in the first team round of the last World Cup in Oestersund. The goal can be that of a placement between 5th and 8th place. Norway starts with the underdogs on France, Germany and Sweden.
