The Start list of the men's Sprint: in Hochfilzen we still play strategy, who will be right?

As happened last week, also for the Sprint (bis) of Hochfilzen all the best made some different strategic choices. It promises to be a very long and uncertain race until the last one.

If we add to the tactical choices the fact that in six races so far there have been six different winners, the dish looks tasty. Scrolling through the starting list you can see how the leading French have opted for low numbers, Fabien Claude will start with 3, while Fillon Maillet and Jacquelin have drawn the last bibs of the group and will have 21 and 23. Same choice for Lukas Hofer (9). The Norwegians chose the second group: Laegreid (39), Dale (41), winner of the last Sprint, and Johannes Boe (44). Shortly before it will be the turn of Thomas Bormolini (30), who is hunting for the third consecutive entry into the points area. Even after the norge trio the race will not have a moment of pause: in the third group there are in fact Arnd Peiffer (53), Christiansen (56), Bionaz (73) and Tarjei Boe (74). Dominik Windisch (82) will open the last group. The blue will precede the Swedes, who have decided to bet everything on high bibs. Samuelsson will start with 94 and Ponsiluoma with 100. Who will be right? Here the complete Start list. Here the Sprint ranking.
