At 2.45 pm the first Single Mixed of the season starts. A race that promises to be very uncertain, with several nations, even in the second tier, which could have their say. Italy experiences an unprecedented couple, with Sanfilippo supporting Giacomel.

The Italian team has been missing the podium since March 2019, when the Wierer-Hofer duo won a splendid silver at the World Championships in Oestersund. There is no shortage of opponents today and the Azzurri start as outsiders, but in the most surprising and most uncertain format, anything could happen.
Norway with Christiansen and Lien and the Austrians Hauser and Eder start with the favor of the prediction, but many nations could enter the fight for the podium. Attention to France that lines Fabien Claude and Anais Chevalier and to the hosts of Germany, which field the veterans Lesser and Hildebrand. Sweden, winner of the last Single Mixed played, has a non-prominent couple with Nelin alongside Skottheim. The same goes for Belarus which deploys the best cards in the Mixed Relay. Attention instead to Russia, at the start with Babikov and a wild Reztsova.
