Skip the bank in the women's 15 km at the Biathlon World Championships in Pokljuka where the big favorites of the eve are forced to give way to the twenty-three year old Czech Marketa Davidova. To Dorothea Wierer, who has to bow to two errors at the shooting range, the consolation of the specialty World Cup, the second in the format, the fourth "Cup" in her career with the two general crystal balls.

Marketa Davidova (0-0-0-0) is awarded in the Individual, a house specialty where the young Czech has already won a victory and six other podiums in the World Cup), from precision to the shooting ranges where she is 'the only one to score a 20/20 on a day in which the shooting sessions were particularly selective. The silver medal goes to the Swedish Hanna Oeberg (0-0-1-0), reigning Olympic and world champion of 2019 in this format, who in the third polygon stains her excellent performance on skis (about Davidova's times in just 16 seconds from Tiril Eckhoff, the fastest of the lot) and closes 27.9 seconds behind the winner. The Norwegian Tandrevold (0-1-0-0), at 1.04.0, is Bronze medal, which takes away, for 48 seconds, the Austrian Lisa Hauser (0-0-0-2) not only the podium but also the opportunity to conquer the specialty cup alone which, instead, she must share with Dorothea Wierer (0-0-1-1), seventh at 2.20.2. For them, a win and a fourth place in the season mean the Cup in cohabitation. The Swiss Selina Gasparin (1-0-0-1) is fifth at 2.09.6, ahead of Franziska Preuss (0-1-0-1) at 2.14.4 and Dorothea.
