The competition includes 95 athletes, representing 30 nations. The first to take to the track will be Ukrainian Valj Semerenko, who will precede the Canadian Megan Bankes, the Belarusian Hanna Sola and the South Korean Eunjung Ko.
All the main favorites have chosen to start between the second and third group. The first big to take action will be Tiril Eckhoff with 12, which will be followed by Monika Hojnisz (13) and Dorothea Wierer. South Tyrol will have the bib number 18 and will start just before Nicole Gontier (19) and Lisa Vittozzi (24), who will wear the yellow-red bib. The fourth blue at the start will be Federica Sanfilippo with 75.
These are the pectorals of the other top athletes: Marte Olsbu-Røiseland will start with the 31, Hanna Öberg with 40 and Anastasiya Kuzmina with the 43. Instead they chose the third group Kaisa Mäkäräinen (46), Paulina Fialkova (49), Laura Dahlmeier ( 52) and Denise Herrmann (79).
