Biography: Lars Rösti, born on 19 January 1998 in St. Stephan in the canton of Bern, is a Swiss alpine skier specializing in the speed events. Active in FIS races since 2014, he made his Europa Cup debut in 2017 and his World Cup debut in 2019 on the downhill course at Kvitfjell. Rösti became junior world champion in downhill at Val di Fassa 2019, after winning bronze in the same discipline at Davos 2018. On the Europa Cup circuit he has collected several podiums and victories in downhill and super-G, establishing himself as one of Switzerland’s leading speed racers. His goal is to confirm this progress on the World Cup tour and secure a regular place among the top 30 in downhill. (aggiornamento: )
