The man from Como takes his first career podium at continental level, beaten by only 15 cents by the Swiss in the second Friulian downhill. And the Aosta Valley is there and is still improving.

A blue show, with the first victory of the season by Team Italia and two athletes in the top four.
In Tarvisio, on the "Di Prampero" which today hosted the second consecutive descent of the European Cup, the fourth season for the men's sector, the first podium at these levels arrives for Nicolò Molteni (until today, the best placement is the 6th of a few weeks ago in S. Caterina); the 23-year-old from Como is great second, just 15 cents behind Lars Roesti, who signs an encore after yesterday's victory, and ends ex aequo with the Iberian Adur Etxezarreta, also in the square of honor just in front of Federico Simoni.
Even the Aosta Valley, already 6th in the first descent, improves again and touches the masterpiece, 4th just 21 cents from the winner and therefore 6th from the podium, in turn preceding the Austrian Eichberger who forces to 6th and 7th Th place Weber and Krenn, yesterday in the top 3 behind Roesti. And in Italy the party continues with Matteo Franzoso good 12th (yesterday he came out after excellent tests), Mattia Cason 18th and Federico Paini 20th.
