Biography:
Stephanie Brunner is an Austrian alpine skier born in 1994 who specialises in the technical events, slalom and giant slalom. After progressing through the junior national teams, she made her World Cup debut in 2012 and has since collected several top‑ten results, especially in giant slalom. In the European Cup she won the giant slalom standings and has often represented Austria at major international events. Repeatedly sidelined by serious knee injuries, she is known for her resilience and her ability to fight her way back to a competitive level.
