Brignone and Delago start the first test in Val d''Is re, the absence of Mikaela Shiffrin

The complete startlist of the timed test, scheduled for Thursday at 11.30am, towards the Saturday descent on the Oreiller-Killy: Faith and Nicol with the 4 and 5, Goggia will start with 17. The American renounces: it focuses on the combined.

The moment has arrived, a few hours after the Courchevel giant that saw Federica Brignone become the third blue to win this season of the World Cup, to approach the third seasonal downhill, after the two went on stage in Lake Louise. On Thursday morning, in fact, the Oreiller-Killy of Val d''Isère will host the first test, followed on Friday by the second (even if the weather could put it at risk) and Saturday by the race, the first of the two scheduled in Savoie with the combined ( super-g plus slalom) on Sunday to close the program. Start set at 11.30, with seven blue on the track, but the first news is the absence from the startlist of Mikaela Shiffrin, who will therefore focus everything on Sunday's combined, after having only come out with a 17th place since Tuesday's race between wide doors. Federica Brignone will be the first Italian at the starting gate, with bib number 4 and followed by Nicol Delago, while Sofia Goggia will have the 17 and will therefore leave after almost all the other big ones of the discipline (the Austrian tips from 2 to 7, in addition to Schmidhofer with 13, Ledecka with 9, Corinne Suter with 15). The other blue: Francesca Marsaglia with 20, Elena Curtoni with 28, Marta Bassino with 29 and Nadia Delago with 35. The race on Saturday is scheduled, as long as the weather does not condition the program, at 10.30.
