After the postponement of a couple of days, today the snow control of the FIS gave the ok to the races in Haute-Savoie. Where last year Federica Brignone triumphed.

After the confirmation of the men's fast tests in Val d''Isère, the second weekend of December will also see the two female giants scheduled in Courchevel go on stage regularly (weather permitting).
The French town risked not a little, considering that until a few days ago there was very little snow, but with the lowering of temperatures and the arrival of significant rainfall, it was possible to guarantee the '' snow on the “Stade Emile-Allais” for the races on 12-13 December (9.30-12.30 for the two heats, both on Saturday and Sunday).
This morning, after a delay of a couple of days, the snow control of the FIS indicated a green light for the organization of the two giants, on the track that last year saw Federica Brignone reassemble and burn Mina Fuerst Holtmann for only 4 cents. “We were able to produce the necessary snow, now there is some work to be done regarding access to the ski lifts leading to the slopes”, explained Bruno Tuaire to “Ski Chrono”; after the morning inspection by the president of the organizing committee together with Markus Mayr, responsible for the technical disciplines for the women's circuit at FIS.
