How's your back?
The back is fine. I'm glad because I can handle me is that with trainings with the races, I have no problems for the moment. Just every now and then if I exaggerate with training in slalom and giant slalom.
How come you're training in slalom?
I continue to train in the combined slalom although this year I abandoned because in this discipline back gives me problems. Just that it's hard to say no to something that you do and that you can bring risultati.
This season started a little 'subdued, there are no results were great. What's going on?
Last season we had another team, this year we have completely changed and also changed the skiman. I changed everything except athletic training. Maybe they are not yet able to metabolize this change and find the right way to ensure that everything is as perfect as the other years.
This week will run four times in Cortina, places where you've won two years ago. What do you expect from this race?
First, I expect the Olympic qualification, or to try to enter twice in the first eight. And then I expect a ransom for this season that did not start with the right foot.
If I go to Sochi, you think you can succeed in winning a medal?
Yes, because I feel good physically and skiing I feel better than when I was in North America. In fact, here in Europe, I took a step forward. In skiing, everything is possible. The Olympics are a race like any other, if not easier because there are fewer athletes.
In the case I do not get to participate in the Olympics, which objectives you have for this season?
To go strong to the last races and to feel good physically and then make next year my last season of his career.
This year in the speed disciplines in head there are girls as young as Gut, Fenninger and Weirather. What do they have more than the blue team?
Lara Gut has a private team and then work according to his needs. Anna Fenninger also has its own staff and can work as they please. All of these champions who manage to get to the top have this different than us who work in groups. But we also work well. The coaches are trying to do the best for all that we are only ten, so there is never a custom workout and this is precisely the big difference between me and them.
As you said before, next season could be the last of your career. There is a pebble that you'd like to remove their shoes?
I'd like to win or go on the podium at the Finals in Lenzerheide because it is a track where in the test are always gone well. I fell twice, last year we competed in the race because of bad weather. It is one of the tracks that I like the most together in Cortina and Lake Louise.
