Today in Lenzerheide, Marta Bassino was finally able to take in her hands that giant crystal ball that she deserved, from the top of her four victories in eight races, with five podiums and an exceptional continuity especially up to the Kronplatz race, before of the worldwide disappointment of Cortina (but with gold in parallel that has definitely changed the perspective of the world championship event for Marta).
"That dream as a child became reality - the first statements from Cuneo to the FIS microphones after the delivery of the cup - Race after race, we built all this and today it is a great emotion, I am truly speechless".
