One hundred and eighty World Cup bibs, many injuries and the podium that seemed to never arrive, with the "damned" sixth place obtained four times in his career, two in the last year.

"I'm really moved - explained the Piedmontese by adoption at the finish line - Yesterday I was disappointed because it was a while since I had a good feeling with the descent and I was not able to put on track what I wanted to do. Today I thought only of skiing, without thinking, making my action continue. I am so happy that my first podium came on a track like this ".
Over 11 years from that 2008 debut in Sestriere, and the 182nd Cup race, Francy made it and we like to underline how, in a piece published on NEVEITALIA last November 9th, we had somehow launched the '' blue towards that goal dreamed for so long. Very good.
