If in the early morning of Sankt Moritz there seemed to be ideal conditions on the 'Engiadina, for the second women's super-g World Cup 2019/2020, in the last minutes before the start scheduled at 10.30, the situation has changed a lot, as often happens in the Swiss town.
The start is confirmed at the original time, but with a slightly lower start due to wind: the light is flat and will be really tough for everyone, with the possibility that the weather changes affect a race in which the blue ones are highly anticipated.
Francesca Marsaglia will be the first at the start: bib number 4 for the Piedmontese of adoption, back from the first podium in her career (but downhill) in Lake Louise, while Federica Brignone (fourth in Sankt Moritz two years ago) will have the 9, Sofia Goggia on the 16th and Nicol Delago, also at the first podium but in this specialty on the Canadian snows, will start with the 18th.
After 8 pm here is Elena Curtoni (22), Marta Bassino (26), Nadia Delago (47) and Laura Pirovano with 53.

Pectoral No. 1 for Ilka Stuhec, disappointing in Lake Louise, but beware immediately of Stephanie Venier with 3 and Lara Gut-Behrami awaiting redemption (bib 5 for the Ticino). The specialty leader, Viktoria Rebensburg, will start with the 7 then, after Brignone, here are the other favorites with Tippler (11), preceded by compatriot Anna Veith returning to this specialty, Gisin (12), Shiffrin (13), Schmidhofer ( 15) and Weirather (17) and Corinne Suter (19) after Goggia and Nicol Delago.
Ester Ledecka, who gave up the snowboard race in Cortina to be there, will start with 25.
