With a great comeback on the final wall Petra Vlhova triumphs in the female giant of the World Championships of Are giving the first, historic gold in Alpine skiing in Slovakia.

Silver 14 cents for the German Viktoria Rebensburg, the leader of the first heat right in front of the Slovak, bronze to 38 cents for the US Mikaela Shiffrin. Fourth to 12 cents from the podium the Norwegian Ragnhild Mowincjel, fifth best of the blue, Federica Brignone, thirteenth Marta Bassino, out Sofia Goggia and Francesca Marsaglia.
