The 23-year-old from Vicenza, who started the season in the continental circuit very well and finds herself in 2nd place in the giant classification behind the Swedish Rask, thanks to the place of honor and seventh obtained in Trysil, will go in search of the permanent position in view of the 2020/21 World Cup, thus competing in the next two European Cup races between the wide doors, scheduled for Saturday and Sunday on the snow of Andalo.
And so, in Switzerland we will see for the first time in the maximum circuit Giulia Albano, a '99 class talent from the Aosta Valley (she will be 20 next December 18th) who started the new year in a great way, touching the podium in the first continental super-g in Kvitfjell with a 5th place (ex aequo with Valentina Cillara Rossi). The girl who grew up in the Sci Club Mont Glacier did very well in the last two days dedicated to speed in Sankt Moritz, with a 14th and a 16th place in the European Cup super-gs which were performed yesterday and today.
Considering also the good adaptation to a track like the Corviglia, here is the decision to throw it into the fray for Saturday's great debut, alongside real myths for the young Giulia, such as Brignone, Goggia and Bassino.
