The problems began in Bansko, and it is not new for the Bulgarian resort which, also during the 2015 races, had to live with the adverse weather.
In fact, the only race scheduled for the women's descents scheduled on Friday and Saturday will start at the start of the super-g (which we will see on Sunday) due to the strong wind in the upper part, with a delayed start of at least half an hour and then at 10.15 Italian time (11.15 local time). This means that even in the race it will not be possible to complete the "Marc Girardelli" for a sprint descent that already makes you discuss considering that, due to the choice to recover Val d''Isère with an additional race, it was decided to the only training today so that the athletes can rest after Sestriere.
Now, however, we are already faced with the need to play shortened races, with the show that will clearly be affected despite the fact that the central and final part is the most interesting part of the Bansko track.
