Confirm the Wengen World Cup races

The snow check carried out today by the FIS for the Wengen World Cup races gave a positive result.

Therefore the combined, downhill and slalom will take place regularly in the famous Bernese Oberland, which are scheduled from Friday 18 to Sunday 20 January and will be preceded by three time trials of the descent from Tuesday 15 to Thursday 17. The combined has in the calendar on Friday the descent at 10.30 and the slalom runs at 14.00, on Saturday the descent is scheduled at 12.30, on Sunday the two slalom heats are scheduled for 10.15 and 13.15. The descent and the slalom are in the calendar of the World Cup since the first edition of 1967, the race on the Lauberhorn for the 45th time will be valid for the Cup, the one between the narrow doors for the 41st time. The combined in the current horrendous format is disputed for the 15th time since 2005 and unfortunately it was in Wengen that was introduced in the White Circus for the first time, while that in the classic format of descent on Saturday and slalom in two heats on Sunday was valid for the Cup 11 times from 1975 to 2003. This will be the 89th edition of the Lauberhorn races, which started back in 1930. The two European Cup descents were also confirmed, which will take place on Friday 11 and Saturday 12 January with the arrival immediately after the very famous railway tunnel.
