After the Tyrolean here is the awaited redemption of the Swiss Zenhaeusern and Yule, then the winner of the last slalom in Flachau (his first success in CdM), Sebastian Foss-Solevaag with the n ° 4, before the red bib Marco Schwarz and by Clément Noel, sensationally dry in the first six slalom. Even the transalpine phenomenon will wait in the parterre, at the end of the first heat, to applaud the last performance (who knows what he will invent ...) by Julien Lizeroux, who today announced his retirement from competitive skiing with the slalom on Tuesday at Schladming, which he will face starting with the number 38.
So far there have been six different winners in slalom and who knows if the seventh will not arrive, given that the prediction is very open and also in the second sub-group, from Gstrein (first time in the 15 and immediately caught the 8) to Meillard (10 ), from Ryding (11) to Matt (13), passing through one who has already won, namely Linus Strasser who will start with 12 and can play any result, the quality is very high.
The blue dream is that the streak continues with one of the eight standard bearers who will attack the night race: it is necessary to cancel the defeat of Flachau, but also those of Zagreb and Adelboden, with a result of weight that Alex Vinatzer will seek first, whose draw will not it was certainly the ideal (the Val Gardena will start with 15) but he will simply have to forget the four consecutive releases that have made his month of January so far disastrous.
Bib 23 for Manfred Moelgg, once again the best in the last slalom in Flachau, then with 27 Maurberger, who right on the Planai last year achieved the top in his career with an amazing 5th place (a few days before breaking the crusader in the parallel of Chamonix), and Stefano Gross with 28, he already second in Schladming in 2012 and 2015.
For Giuliano Razzoli, tomorrow's slalom will be essential to snatch a world pass: after the Villaminozzese with 31, we find Liberatore with 40, Sala with 41 and Tobias Kastlunger's return to the World Cup, in search of a first top 30 which would be miraculous with the bib 67.
