The new bib draw in Zagreb: Foss-Solevaag with the '1, Vinatzer picks up the n ° 8

Thursday (the 1st heat at 1.00 pm, the 2nd at 4.10 pm) will try again with the men's slalom canceled today: unlucky Noel will start with 7, just before the top blue. The complete startlist: Moelgg 20, Gross 27, Maurberger 30, Sala 37.

It tries again, trusting in a night that can help the organizers in the construction of a track, the Crveni Spust which today forced the postponement of 24 hours of the third men's slalom of the World Cup, really in critical conditions. In Zagreb it is a "new eve", towards the rescheduled race on Thursday at 13.00 for the 1st heat and at 16.10 for the second (both live on TV on Eurosport 1 and Rai Sport, tracing entrusted to the technicians of Germany and France, in second case we are talking about Simone Del Dio), hoping that the lowering of temperatures will really make the difference to guarantee a "Snow Queen Trophy" for men at least of a decent level in terms of regularity of the challenge. The doubt remains, but only in a few hours we will know if on the Sljeme hill we will experience a first quality race of 2022, which will be opened by Sebastian Foss-Solevaag, bib number 1 as in Campiglio where the Norwegian won, thanks also to the sensational mistake in the finale of Clément Noel. The Frenchman, king of Zagreb in 2020, was certainly not lucky having caught the number 7, while Schwarz will have the 2, Zenhaeusern the 3, Kristoffersen the 4 followed by Pinturault and Feller. And immediately after the transalpine, who still remains the main favorite, here is Alex Vinatzer who, exactly as in the draw on Tuesday evening, still had the best number of the second sub-group, 8: an opportunity to exploit at the most for the Gardena, first of the five blues at the starting gate. Manfred Moelgg, the last Italian slalom winner, right on the Crveni Spust in 2017, will start with the 20, then Stefano Gross with the 27, Simon Maurberger for the thirtieth and Tommaso Sala with the bib number 37.
