Kristoffersen competing in Kvitfjell? No, I'll bet everything on Kranjska Gora to hope for the cup again

Henrik has decided not to take part in Sunday's super-g, where obviously there will be Kilde (already in the race downhill on Saturday) and Pinturault.

It was a possibility that, however, was soon discarded. Despite the good 22nd place in his first super-g in the World Cup, last Saturday in Hinterstoder, after the 11th in combined and the 3rd in giant on Monday, Henrik Kristoffersen decided not to go to Kvitfjell to try punticini in the second fast race on the Norwegian snow, scheduled for Sunday (Saturday there will be the descent). On a track where, often and willingly, the super-g looks a lot like the descent, Kristoffersen does not feel able to get heavy points and has therefore decided to focus everything on the weekend of technical races in Kranjska Gora. With 107 points behind Pinturault (and 83 from team-mate Kilde), who will take part in the Norwegian super-g instead, HK94 will have to hope for a brace in Slovenia and obviously in the dispute of the finals of Cortina, to stay in the race towards a crystal ball that became complicated after the three races in Upper Austria. On the eve of the first downhill race scheduled for Thursday, the Norwegian federsci made official the players called up who foresee only three athletes in the queen discipline, namely Jansrud, Kilde and Saugestad, to which Monsen will be added for Sunday's super-g.

Simonelli ancora in top 20: domenica nella stessa località due giganti solo a livello FIS.
