On the occasion of the renewal with his personal sponsor Uniqa, Schwarz spoke about his situation and, to those who asked him if the overall World Cup goal can be realistic at least in the medium term, he replies that "Marcel Hirscher loads a lot pressure from the media and, without him, I would certainly have to manage this aspect too, but it is clear that the absolute crystal ball remains the great goal over time â€. The physical condition is already good: "The muscles are growing again as they should and are in a good mood - Schwarz's words during the meeting with the media staged in Vienna - The good thing is that I have more time for getting ready physically, I could go back to skiing around late August, but I want to be 100% fit before returning to the World Cup. I plan to return to compete in all disciplines, but it takes the right time ". Federal President Peter Schroecksnadel does not want to put pressure on one of his gems: "Marco must take his time, it may even be that he returns at the beginning of 2020, during the next season". After the operation, the Wunderteam polyvalent remained at home for two weeks "until the swelling decreased", then moved to Innsbruck for four weeks of work dedicated to physiotherapy and the construction of that base to return to be the Marco Schwarz admired until that damn day in Bansko.
