Dominik Paris, King of the Stelvio seven times (six hurrahs in downhill, one in super-g), this time he will have to surpass himself to win again on his slope: "I don't know what happened, but today I hit a stone on my skis and I'm not managed to stay online. I'll talk to the skimen, but I haven't been able to try the parts I wanted to test after yesterday's test. Not great sensations with the track so shiny, in the end it counts to do everything right at the time of the race ".
Christof Innerhofer, best time in the opening at the beginning of the week, today finished more than 5 seconds behind but got up completely in the final stretch. "Second race less well, I tried to push a little at the top - his words - Feelings slightly more difficult, after all I tried to save my strength and I was only interested in skiing up to Ciuk, but it went a bit ' worse. The track was very different: I felt too much grip and I wasn't able to push as I wanted, even though I was among the quickest at the top. Tomorrow I'll go all out."
Finally Matteo Marsaglia's comment: “Track harder than I thought, it made a little water last night so the final stretch was really shiny, which absolutely didn't hurt. I tested it in pieces to conserve energy because I think tomorrow will be physically tough too. In the final part we will see some good ones: it will be a tough Stelvio. In my opinion, a lot of energy will be consumed up to San Pietro, from there on the race will be decided".
