Swiss Beat Feuz announced on the social networks to skip the Bansko super-G on Saturday due to his shattered left knee which is causing problems.

"My knee needs a break! - writes Feuz on Instagram - The last few weeks have been very intense for my 'old bones'. That's why I will not be competing in Bansko but I hope to get back into shape for Kvitfjell races ".
On the Bulgarian snows, in addition to the super-G on Saturday, a combined Friday and a giant Sunday will be held, while in Kvitfjell the following week, where Feuz hopes to return, there will be downhill and super-G on 2 and 3 March ".
