On the Chuenisbargli the most awaited giant show, with the favorite making the difference on the final wall and preceding the norge and then a great Meillard. Out Braathen (he was flying...), De Aliprandini still in trouble with Della Vite ahead and in the running for his first top ten.

The King is there ahead to command, but the great rival can play it.
Marco Odermatt vs Henrik Kristoffersen, all according to forecasts after the 1st heat of the Adelboden giant, towards a challenge that will be total from 1.30 pm for the 2nd and decisive descent.
The World Cup leader wants an encore and is textbook in managing a race that is further complicated for him by bib number 6, given that the organizers worked miracles on the Chuenisbargli, but the signs on the track were already evident after a few numbers. Kristoffersen did almost everything right with his number 1, but on the abyss he leads to the finish line, "Odi" made the difference on the norge, earning practically all those 32 cents that divide the duelists.
Bravissimo Loic Meillard, who in turn ignites the Swiss crowd by placing third, just 49 cents from Odermatt. Then there is the void, also because one of the most eagerly awaited men, Lucas Braathen, makes a mistake similar to what was seen in the second giant in Badia, putting in another very heavy "zero" after, in the mid-round, "Pinheiro" had almost half a second of margin even with respect to the leader (also the twin McGrath, who is going through a complicated moment).
You have to go down to a gap of 1"19 to find fourth in the standings, an Alexis Pinturault who, even on his favorite track, proves he doesn't have the level of the tops, but will still be able to play his podium cards like Manuel Feller, 5th at 1”31. Difficult for the others, even if Gino Caviezel (Switzerland again...) did very well, 6th at 1"58, and Victor Muffat-Jeandet 7th at 1"78 with bib number 21, ahead of Kranjec (bad, 8th at 2”03) and the second and third Austrian, namely Schwarz and Brennsteiner who complete the current top ten.
With number 26, Pippo Della Vite had a fantastic first part of the run, who gave up a lot in the final but was still the best blue, 13th at 2"54 and in full battle for his first top ten. Luca De Aliprandini, despite starting with a good No. 9, closes 7 cents behind the Bergamo native, but he needs a change of gear to return at least close to his levels, while Giovanni Borsotti pays almost 5 seconds and will hardly hit the pass for the 2 ^ rounds.
