Val d'Isis male slalom, recovery at Saalbach-Hinterglemm?

It seemed already decided everything, the venue and the date, regarding the recovery of the slalom canceled last Sunday in Val d'Isère.

The headquarters were Courchevel, also France and also in the Savoie department, where a giant and a women's slalom are already scheduled on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd December. The date was January 9th. Instead, according to Ski Chrono, the race will be recovered in the Austrian Saalbach-Hinterglemm, a place in the Salzburger Land that, look a bit ', was beaten right by Courchevel and Méribel in the race at the World Ski Championships in 2023. The official FIS is still missing but the date should be confirmed, as well as the resignation of Courchevel due to excessive costs: Wednesday, January 9, 2019. Saalbach-Hinterglemm has already been designated as the location for the recovery of the seasonal opening giant canceled in Sölden. December 20 and in these hours has also received the ok for the dispute of this recovery after the snow check carried out by the FIS that gave a positive result. The last World Cup slalom played in these parts dates back to 1988 when Alberto Tomba finally threw in a niche for Pirmin Zurbriggen a general Cup that seemed already won, on that occasion he won the bearer of Liechtenstein Paul Frommelt.
