The season start date for the historic Pozza di Fassa track has been made official. Reservation required for training.

After the news of the addition of a European Cup appointment, with the recovery (Thursday 17 December) of the canceled men's slalom in Obereggen which will pair with the race already scheduled for Friday 18, Pozza di Fassa is ready to welcome training too of athletes and ski clubs under the auspices of the FISI. A "big job", the one carried out by Sergio Liberatore (Federico's father) and his staff to guarantee snow and the opening, made official today, starting next December 10 of a track, the legendary " Aloch ”, which is the symbol of the entire Val di Fassa. Massive commitment by the management company Funivie Buffaure Spa, honoring the commitment signed with the Municipality of Sen Jan (formerly Pozza di Fassa) and Trentino Sviluppo Spa, to which the Aloch sports facility belongs. Being able to announce today the opening and usability of the Aloch chairlift and slope is already a goal, but the other good news is the spirit of collaboration offered by the coaches of the Italian national teams such as Stefano Costazza and Matteo Guadagnini, as well as the coaches. sports groups including Cristian Deville, who will contribute with their work to the safety of the track and the crossing. Aloch which will thus be a “blue track”, ready to welcome the athletes of the World Cup groups as well: an important signal for the entire plant system in the valley, in Trentino and in the Dolomiti Superski, in an extremely delicate moment of the winter season. The track will be open for training from 8.30 to 12 and from 13.30 to 16.30. Reservation of the reserved training lines is mandatory by contacting the track manager Sergio Liberatore (tel. 3703332004) and the use of the track by the athletes of the various categories will be governed by the anti Covid safety regulations.
