Today the first "green light" of the 2021/22 season arrived: women competing on Saturday 23 with heats at 10 and 13.15, the following day the men.

The best athletes of the World Cup have already been training for days on the Rettenbach glacier and the conditions are really good for the opening of the season, scheduled for 23-24 October with the now classic Soelden giants.
Punctually, this morning the OK arrived from the FIS with the snow control that did not give any problems for the start of the 2021/22 vintage, which will take place with the women's race on Saturday 23, scheduled with the first run at 10.00 and the second at 13.15.
The times also change slightly for the male giant on Sunday 24: always start at 10.00, the second heat at 13.30 to understand who will inherit the throne of Lucas Braathen, winner on the Rettenbach 12 months ago in front of Marco Odermatt, while the blue dominated 24 hours first, with Marta Bassino preceding Federica Brignone.
