The AVMS has completed the training course for young teachers, between Valtournenche and practical lessons at Plateau Rosà.

49 new Alpine ski instructors who have just completed the training course which lasted more than a year, by the Aosta Valley Ski Instructors Association which managed to reschedule the exits and regularly complete the course, despite the long stop caused by Covid-19. The aspiring professionals of the 46th training course - the first named after Giovanni Marciandi - took three days of practical and theoretical exams, on the snows of Plateau Rosà and in the classroom in Valtournenche. The last modules and the final exams were supposed to take place in April, instead they were reinstated in July, adopting the anti-contagion measures foreseen by the protocol. The best scores, calculated taking into account all the intermediate and final exams, were obtained by the Lombard Martina Nobis and the Aosta Valley Julien Gens. Among the new "graduates" also stand out the names of the Alpine Jasmine Fiorano (a presence in the World Cup, in the giant of Kronplatz), of Pietro Zazzi (tenth in the European Cup in 2019) and of the former blue Federico Vietti. A particular story, however, that of Francesca Bronsino, from Turin and former athlete of the Italian national team who, after giving birth to three children and obtaining a law degree, decided to return to skiing and undertake the long training course. In September, a second exam session is scheduled, reserved for aspiring teachers who have not yet reached the minimum number of training days required by the Avms.
