Akito Watabe dominates the Gundersen of Oslo and stretches in the overall standings

Sixth victory of the season and fifteenth career for the Japanese who preceded the German Fabian Riessle and the 'Austrian Mario Seidl.

This morning in the jump segment played on Large Hill, the best was clearly Jarl Magnus Riiber, without a doubt the best jumper on the circuit. The young Norwegian has trimmed 7 points, at the change of 28 ", to the Japanese Akito Watabe and more than ten to the Austrian Mario Seidl, third at 43". Manuel Faisst and Jan Schmid were instead in 4th and 5th position near the podium. The first part of the background test saw the overwhelming comeback of Watabe, who during the first round halved the gap with respect to the tread, reaching it just before the halfway stage. At 7.5 km, the Japanese has definitively separated his rival, turning to victory. Behind Riiber had a vertical collapse and was taken over and over by the pursuer group. In the final km Fabian Riessle made the difference compared to the opponents and won the place of honor, finishing at 15 "from the winner. Third place instead for Mario Seidl who beat in the sprint for only one tenth Jan Schmid. Fifth final place for Riiber, Faisst 6th, Rehrl 7th, Rydzek 8th, Hirvonen 9th and Frenzel 10th finished in the top ten. Widely out of the zone Alessandro Pittin points, the only Italian in the race.
