The first race of the program of the Nordic Combined World Cup in Falun 2015 & egrave; the individual competition with a jump on the Normal Hill, followed by a 10 km gundersen background. The Combiners will compete from 10.00 and from 16.00 to Friday & Igrave; February 20th.

WORLD HISTORY On February 26, 2015 in the Nordic combined will come & agrave; awarded the ninth world title individual competition with a jump on Large Hill.
The first world championship race in the history of the trampoline is great & egrave; held in 1999 and was named all''epoca "sprint", as it provided a jump followed by 7.5 km of skiing.
From the 2008 season - '' 09 the format has changed its name to simply Gundersen / Large Hill and mileage have been increased to 10. Therefore nell''ambito World Cup competition has taken the 'current conformation from Liberec 2009 .
Taking into consideration the sprint, up to now have eight athletes able to graduate world champions a race with a great jump on the trampoline. In other words no man & egrave; never able to repeat their success.
Curiously, the five winners of the sprint are all withdrawn, while the three championship nell''attuale format are all activities & agrave ;. It dell''americano Bill Demong (2009), the French Jason Lamy-Chappuis (2011) and the German Eric Frenzel (2013).
In terms of countries, five countries are able to produce at least one world champion on Large Hill. Commands the Germany with three successes (Marco Baacke in 2001, Ronny Ackermann in 2005, Frenzel in 2013). Follow at 2 the United States (2003 Johnny Spillane, Demong 2009), and have excelled un''unica time Norway (Bjarte Engen Vik 1999), Finland (Hannu Manninen 2007) and France (Lamy-Chappuis 2011).

Namely Magnus Moan (silver in both 2005 and in 2007), Bj & ouml; rn Kircheisen (silver in 2009 and bronze in 2007), Mario Stecher (silver in 1999), Johannes Rydzek (silver in 2011) and Bernhard Gruber (silver in 2013) .
Notably as Kircheisen is the 'only man capable of winning medal in this race is in the conformation "sprint" that in the current one.
There are also concerns as Lamy-Chappuis and Frenzel, over all''oro, boast other podium finishes. The Frenchman won two bronze medals (2009, 2013), while the German & egrave; was bronze in 2011.

HISTORY FALUNNella history in Falun were played only two games of the first level with jumping on Large Hill. We need to return to the middle & agrave; the early '90s, and both were held in the format of two jumps followed by 15 km of skiing.
In 1995 there was a brace of Japan with Kenji Ogiwara to win in front of teammate Takanori Kono, with the 'Austrian Mario Stecher third. In 1996, however its lead & ograve; Finland's Hannu Manninen, who preceded the gi & agrave; cited Ogiwara and compatriot Jari Mantila.
Obviously the two competitions were held on the old conformation of Lugnet, trampoline completely restored between 2012 and 2013.

SEASON 2014-2015 Nell''inverno ongoing competitions were played 9 World Cup Jumping on Large Hill where the podium as many as 14 different Combiners, 6 of which have won.
The record-holder in terms of wins & egrave; German Eric Frenzel, with 4. The twenty-six of Oberwiesenthal & egrave; the 'only man to boast pi & ugrave; a success, since & eacute; have excelled in a single occasion the German Johannes Rydzek, the 'Austrian Bernhard Gruber, the Norwegian Mikko Kokslien, Magnus Moan and J & oslash; rgen Graabak.
If we have a ruler in the "successes", not just as happens with regard to the podiums, entry in which three athletes have achieved 4. It is Frenzel (4-0-0), Gruber (1-2-1) and Fabian Rie & szlig; the (0-3-1). Follows to share 3 Jan Schmid (0-2-1). They collected two top-three Moan (1-0-1) and Graabak (1-0-1).
