The Norwegian is imposed in the mini-tour by scoring the best segment time also in the final fraction in pursuit in classical technique and gets the fiftieth victory in first-level races.

The uncertainty about the final result of the 10 km classic technique in pursuit that closed the Lillehammer Triple to the female lasted 3,000 meters. Only at the beginning of the race the Swedish Charlotte Kalla, just two seconds away from Therese Johaug, manages to resist trying also to make the big voice. On the third kilometer, the Norwegian starts to look at the metro and say goodbye to the company and cross the finish line with a 17 second lead over the second place that is not Kalla. The Olympic champion of Vancouver 2010 on the same distance but in free technique is reached and bypassed on the last lap by the talent on the Ebba Andersson launch ramp and shortly before the finish by the Norwegian Ingvild Flugstad Østberg that in today's segment has traveled to the rhythms of Johaug which maintains 6 tenths of an advantage to get the stage victory and climb to 50 wins in first level tests between world cup races, multi-stage circuit stages, multi-stage final rankings and World Championships.
With the 21-year-old Swedish second 1 6.8 seconds and Østberg third to 17.9, Charlotte Kalla has to settle for fourth place at 23.1. The Finnish Krista Parmakoski is fifth at 1'04 "and precedes Stina Nilsson (at 1''30") and the Austrian Teresa Stadlober who with the seventh position increases her credentials to the candidacy of best non-Nordic cross-country skipper.
Therese Johaug wins the yellow bib of leader of the general classification of the World Cup and one wonders when it will release it. For her 400 points compared to the 309 of Ebba Andersson and 289 of Charlotte Kalla.
In the men's field the 15 km in classical technique, as expected, turns into a Norwegian championship. Sjuer Roethe, winner of the free technique stage, and the countrymen Didrik Toenseth and Emil Iversen start practically together. After three kilometers this ulcer loses the pace of his teammates and lets himself slide backwards, joining the large group that chases around the minute of disadvantage. The two treads collaborate up to the last meters where Toenseth gets the first victory on a multi-stage tour surpassing the Roethe sprint.

Worthy of note is the performance of Francesco De Fabiani who, with the eleventh time of the day, dates from the twenty-eighth to the twelfth position, 1'06 "5 from the winner, while Federico Pellegrino (44. with the fifteenth day time), Giandomenico Salvadori (48.) and Dietmar Noeckler (64.), while Maicol Rastelli has retired along the way.
In the overall standings of the World Cup Emil Iversen is at the top with 328 points ahead of Alexander Bolshunov with 321 points, third Didrik Toenseth with 282, Pellegrino is fifteenth with 96 points.
