The Norwegian with a comeback in the second series preceded the Austrians Kraft and Hayböck, sixth Kamil Stoch.

In the first part of the race there were several surprises, mainly due to the wind, which blown mostly on the trampoline, but sometimes transversal. The series was won by Kamil Stoch, author of the best measure (138 m), four over the HS point, and the best score. The only one able to approach the polish was Stefan Kraft, who arrived at 129.5 m and only 5.4 points away, above all thanks to excellent stylistic evaluations. The Austrian has in turn preceded the compatriot Hayböck of 4 points. Beyond the super performance of Stoch, behind the race was quite balanced and twelve athletes have closed less than 10 points from the podium.
Both the Azzurri in the race, Alex Insam (43th) and Sebastian Colloredo (49th), were eliminated at the end of the first series, as well as several leading names: Markus Eisenbichler (32nd), Junshiro Kobayashi (34) °), Anders Fannemel (40th), Stefan Hula (42nd) and Peter Prevc (46th).
In the second series all have found favorable wind, except the leader who had to cope with adverse weather conditions and did not go beyond 119m, slipping into 6th position. The victory went to a home athlete, Daniel Andre Tande, in a comeback from the 8th square thanks to a jump of 132 m. The Norwegian preceded the Austrians Kraft and Hayböck, able to reconfirm at the summit. The two paid 1.4 and 2.5 points respectively from the winner of the day.
Just off the podium instead two other Norwegians, Robert Johansson and Johann Andre Forfang, this last comeback from the 14th position thanks to a performance of 134.5 m, best measure of the second series. The top 10 also entered the German Leyhe and Freitag 7th and 8th, Andreas Stjernen 9th and the Slovenian Damjan 10th.
In the overall standings Kamil Stoch remains firmly in first position with 1003 points, the first pursuer is Freitag at 868, while Tande is third with 823 points. The Polish is also the leader of the Raw Air classification that will continue tomorrow with the qualification to the Lillehammer competition.
