Tomorrow at 7:15 am Italian time will kick off the last cross-country race of Pyeongchang 2018, the classic women's 30 km race starting in line.

The starting list sees 47 athletes registered representing 20 nations, but only a small circle of them will fight for a medal. In Sochi 2014 the podium was monopolized by the Norwegians, with Bjoergen prevailing on Johaug and Steira. The cross-country queen will try to repeat herself tomorrow, but she will not have an easy life. First and foremost, she must guard against Charlotte Kalla, the main candidate for gold. The other two norge, Weng and Oestberg and the Finnish Pärmäkoski will start with a medal chance. Among the outsiders, on the other hand, it is necessary to keep an eye on the Russians Sedova and Nepryaeva and the Swedish Andersson.
The Italians, on the other hand, start to look good, the entry into the top 20 would already be a good result. The blue ones in the race will be Elisa Brocard, Anna Comarella, Lucia Scardoni and Sara Pellegrini.
There are no seasonal precedents of 30 km of the first level, as the only one scheduled in the World Cup calendar will be held on Sunday 11 March in Oslo Holmenkollen.
