The Finnish, supported by excellent materials, won the final of a wild Bjørgen and Østberg, which tomorrow will try to tear the crystal ball from the hands of Heidi Weng.

In the initial stages the race was rather tactical and, despite the sustained pace imposed by the Norwegians, up to the middle of the 4.5 km all the best remained in the leading group. The first real break was given by Marit Bjørgen on the most difficult climb of the Swedish track, managing to take a few seconds on the margin together with his compatriot Ingvild Flugstad Østberg and Krista Pärmäkoski. Charlotte Kalla, on the other hand, remained slightly delayed, very in difficulty Heidi Weng. Two kilometers from the finish line the lead trio has passed with 6 "advantage over the pursuers and the last bumps also Østberg had to give way to the two traveling companions, who have played the victory in the sprint. Bjørgen took the finishing straight into the lead but Pärmäkoski in the last 100 m had a better starting point which allowed him to achieve his 5th career success in first level individual competitions. Third place for Østberg who gains important points in the overall standings against Heidi Weng, today only 22nd and in clear decline in condition. The two hours are separated by 107 points, but tomorrow, in addition to the stage points, halved compared to a normal World Cup race, there will also be points of the final classification of the Swedish minitour that, after two stages, sees the Bjørgen command with 36 "on Østberg.
