Yet another turnover leading the women's Tour de Ski. Twenty-four hours after suffering a double overtake Heidi Weng and ingvild flugstad østberg, Stina Nilsson is in fact returned for the third time in the top of the overall standings, just one stage remaining.

Sweden has established itself with authority in the 10 km mass start TC with the Val di Fiemme, taking the fourth victory in six races in the Tour. This time, Nilsson has not even needed the sprint, launching the attack firsthand in during the fourth and final round to 2km and a half and shaking off one by one all the rivals.
The last to surrender to the progression of the 23 year-old native of Malung was Anne Kyllönen, who crossed the finish line with 3 seconds delay. In the final meters, Finland has had to watch from the back of a Charlotte Kalla who confirmed the progress already highlighted yesterday, returning to the podium a few weeks after forced stop for cardiac arrhythmia. Improvements that obliges it to take into account the Swedish - until tomorrow the only athlete to have won the race in a career Tour de Ski - for a starring role at the upcoming World Championships in Lahti.
So they missed the podium for the second consecutive day, the Norwegian. The best, like yesterday, was Weng, who finished in seventh place, 17 and a half seconds by Nilsson. In front of her, in order, also Krista Pärmäkoski, slowed in the first round by a fall, Teresa Stadlober, the best finish in his career in the World Cup, and Yulia Tchekaleva.
In even ten Jessica Diggins, good at damage control after appearing repeatedly about to fall off prematurely, Kerttu Niskanen and Nathalie von Siebenthal.

On the eve of the climb to Alpe Cermis, the ranking of the Tour de Ski and so you see Nilsson lead with 19.2 seconds over Weng, also thanks to the victory in the sprint for second bonus after 3600 meters, in front of its direct rival. The Norwegian still seems more suited to the test scheduled for tomorrow, and thus remains the main suspect for the final success. Østberg, who will start one minute and 23 '' after the leader, is now even off the podium. The third place is occupied by Pärmäkoski fact, which makes Nilsson 53.9 seconds. Not very far from Østberg is Diggins, fifth in 1 'and 56' '. Very far all the others, beginning with Tchekaleva, who hoisted in sixth place at the expense of von Siebenthal, now seventh. Kalla also enters the top ten, ninth, squeezed between the Finnish Kyllönen and Niskanen.
Weng consolidates in each case the lead in the overall World Cup, where he commanded with 901 points against 809 of Østberg. Pärmäkoski and Nilsson gnaw some length and rise, respectively, to 680 and 592. Fifth place for Diggins, at an altitude of 490.
