Hard fought races in both male and female, who were dominated Gjerdalen compatriots Anders Aukland and Oystein Pettersen, while l & rsquo; Austrian Smutna took the win in front of the Norwegian Laila Kveli and Swiss Seraina Boner.

Marcialonga very exciting, although the path shortened because of difficulties & agrave; weather this winter, with many Norwegian athletes in the first positions.

Even the women's race & egrave; developed in the last kilometers, with numerous reversals in the face: in the early stages the pair Britta Norgren-Katerina Smutna had taken off, torque reached just before the final climb from the Norwegian Laila Kveli and Seraina Boner, while the same Norgren had lost queues the trio that had formed in the lead female.

In the overall standings Katerina Smutna increases the advantage of Seraina Boner, reaching 760 points against the 640 of the Swiss, with Masako Ishida that keeps the third place overall at 465 points despite the sixth place today.
