After several years of anonymity, Marwe again decided to invest in the world of roller skis presenting two models, the 610A and the 800XC, which are destined to play an important role in the market of skis.

The 610 A is a skating skiroll that is part of the Marwe Active range. This product has been designed specifically for training allowing to meet both the needs of professionals and those of amateurs.
The frame has a length of 610 mm and a width of 34 mm and entirely made of aluminum with a total weight of only 1600 grams. This model allows you to mount only 100mm diameter wheels with a width of 25mm, while as regards the type of wheels Marwe allows its customers to customize the skiroll choosing among the different rubber compounds that guarantee greater or lesser speed.
The 800XC instead is the classic skiroll that is part of the Professional range of the Finnish company. This model is definitely the flagship of Marwe with regard to the alternating rollers. The 800XC frame was made with a series of composite materials including the nanocarbon with the aim of allowing athletes to try on the asphalt the same sensations that are felt with the skis in the snow.
The 800XC is sold together with a small wheel that, mounted in front of the front wheel, makes it possible to lengthen the length of the tool by simulating skiing on the ski. The frame has a total weight of 1950 grams that can go up to 2200 grams with the application of the wheel, while the length varies from 590 to 800 mm.
We have tested both products at the Carnia Arena International Biathlon Center in Forni Avoltri, where we met the national cross-country instructor Mirco Romanin. The company of the Carnic technician we have subjected to a long test the two Marwe skirolls and the results of this test can be consulted in the video above.
