In relation to the competitive procedure ex 107 l. fall. For the sale, in a single lot, of:
I) n. 3,621,925 shares of the company Valli di Sole, Peio and Rabbi S.p.a. In liquidation,
(Ii) 916,811 ordinary shares of the company Funivie Folgarida Marilleva S.p.a.,
Iii) n. 437,800 preferred shares of the company Funivie Folgarida Marilleva S.p.a.,
The Bankruptcy Court informs that today, having received an open envelope within the 12th deadline, an envelope called "Improved economic offer ex art. 107, fourth paragraph, l. This total debit balance shall be increased upon the expiration of any debts and debentures, in addition to any debts that Valli di Sole, Peio and Rabbi S.p.a. In the meantime it will be honored until the date of transfer of the share package.
