After a day of skiing on the Olympic slopes of 1956 and which will host the Winter Olympic Games in Milan-Cortina in 2026, instead of going down to the valley, you go up with the last chair lift to the Scoiattoli refuge.
There, at over 2000 meters, you can look into the eyes of the legendary Cinque Torri and a breathtaking sunset, which shortly afterwards leaves room for the stars and an incredible view of the Milky Way.
If the colors of the sunset are warm in the evening, at dawn, when the first rays of the sun hit the Dolomite rocks, the nuances are more delicate. With the dream just lived still in our eyes, we start for the first descent of the day, on a deserted track and just beaten by cats. It seems like a dream, but it is reality.
