Reservations open today, Monday 8 November, to request the Bonus Terme, a facility aimed at all adult citizens residing in Italy, without ISEE limits and without limits related to the family unit, which provides a 100% discount on the price of '' purchase of the selected spa services, at over a hundred spa facilities, up to a maximum of € 200. Any excess part of the cost of the service will be borne by the citizen.

The bonus can be requested by the citizen by contacting the accredited thermal institutes directly. It cannot be transferred to third parties, either free of charge or in exchange for a cash consideration. Each adult citizen can take advantage of only one bonus and will have 60 days from the date of issue to start treatments. The resources available for the subsidy measure are in any case limited, amounting to 53 million euros. The list of spas participating in the initiative, constantly updated, is available on the bonusterme.invitalia.it website.

Pré Saint Didier Thermal Baths (AO)

Pejo Thermal Baths (TN)
The Terme di Pejo are located in Val di Pejo, in the Stelvio National Park. Like Merano, here too the spa tradition has ancient roots. Some historical documents from the 16th century refer to individual properties known as the “baths of Pej”. The fame of the town, thanks to its ferruginous waters, grew considerably in the nineteenth century. Between the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries a modern spa took shape, equipped with receptive structures and able to offer services to customers. The current spa structure was built in the mid-nineties by the Autonomous Province of Trento with the aim of responding to the new development of tourism in the valley.
For the various treatments, three mineral sources are used: Antica Fonte, Nuova Fonte and Fonte Alpina, used for the treatment of various pathologies such as arthro-rheumatic, vascular, ENT, gastrointestinal and urinary tract. The services offered are countless, ranging from muds to saunas, from whirlpools to ice falls and emotional showers.

Merano Thermal Baths (BZ)
The thermal baths of Merano today represent a real tourist center that mixes design and innovation in the heart of the town of the same name in the province of Bolzano, on the banks of the Passirio. The ancient spa tradition of Merano has its origins in the Kurhaus, a building built in the nineteenth century, where it was possible to relax and devote oneself to the first techniques for body care. The current structure of the Baths derives from architectural interventions implemented in 2005 on the historic establishment, or on the ancient Hapsburg pools so loved by Princess Sissi, and has numerous pools, saunas and treatment rooms.
The complex covers a total area of 7,650 m² and has 25 swimming pools, 13 indoor and 12 outdoor (closed from October to May), fed with water reaching 37 ° C, coming from a source discovered last century at Monte San Vigilio in Lana. Particularly spectacular is the cubic work of glass and steel that houses the indoor pools, designed by a group of architects from Berlin. The outdoor pools are immersed in the Merano Thermal Park. Among the many services offered we point out the bio hay sauna, an alternative to the classic Finnish sauna.
Terme Alte (AQ)
In Abruzzo, in Rivisondoli there are the Terme Alte, fed by the sulphurous waters of the Strapuzio spring that flows at an altitude of 1400 meters. A peculiarity of this water is the presence of a microorganism of marine origin which has the property of promoting the growth of keratinocytes.
In the spa there is a SPA that offers a "Water Path", where you can find thermal showers, emotional showers, sauna, Turkish bath, a tub with thermal water and a relaxation room from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the plateau in front. Also from the Strapuzio Spring comes the mud used for thermal treatments.

Il paper di Banca d'Italia analizza gli effetti sui flussi turistici e sull'ambiente nei 4 anni successivi all'iscrizione delle Dolomiti nella lista dei Patrimoni Mondiali dell'Umanità, avvenuta nel 2009. A fronte di un incremento delle presenze, il numero di strutture turistiche non è cresciuto e quello di posti letto si è ridotto. Ai maggiori flussi turistici non si è associato né un aumento del consumo di suolo né una maggiore produzione di rifiuti, dimostrando il potenziale del riconoscimento UNESCO nel generare benefici economici locali senza compromettere la qualità ambientale, a condizione che siano in atto un efficace coordinamento istituzionale e solide garanzie normative.
