GsTeam.biz, a team of snowboarders in search of talent

Brief presentation of your team.
GSteam.biz born 5 years ago with the philosophy to make known the vast panorama of "extreme sports" to all those who want to do a different sport, since in Italy these sports are considered minor sports. We are a group dynamic and always on the road during the year. In winter we promote snowboarding lessons for all ages, levels, camp and run a real team that trains and participates in various contests around the North Italy (for now), mostly during the summer camp we organize surf wave, kite surfing, mountain biking and BMX. One of the most popular brand in the world and that more is associated with our passion and philosophy are Quiksilver and Roxy who have decided to cooperate with us. For this we thank our sponsors who support our initiative by each team snowboard camp and various events we organize.

Whoever you are, where we find?
GSteam.biz is a close-knit group, composed of people reliable, dynamic and explosive, even if accumunate the thing that is his passion for snowboarding. Who are the organizers of your team, you got them describe?

Why do you think it is important to have a team?
Being part of a team can deal with people of different abilities, there is who is better in flat tricks, there are those who do a perfect run, some people are better able to jump "big", etc. etc. ... Dealing with other people helps to grow and improve in the snowboard scene. We GSteam.biz components we give each other a hand in any situation: if one of our teammate is down in the dumps or if for any reason it hurts, in some way and without effort any of us is ready to give it a hand. What are the methods to form the samples?  
How to create sample? Good question. My opinion is that without commitment, training and little man in the brain that gives you the impulse to do something crazy, do not go anywhere.I personally do not feel like a champion, of course I speak for myself and not for the other team, but I have seen the improvements we've made over the years and I did not think to get to this level in such a short time. Do you have plans for the future?
First of all is the desire to expand the number of the team that GSteam.biz is crucial.
