The important FISI communication regarding government measures to deal with the Covid-19 emergency.

An important announcement to ensure that sports clubs can access mortgages and liquidity in such a delicate period.
It is that of the Federal President Flavio Roda, through a press note published by the FISI: “With the Law Decree of 8 April 2020, n. 23 "Urgent measures regarding access to credit and tax obligations for companies, special powers in strategic sectors, as well as health and work interventions, extension of administrative and procedural terms" (OJ General Series n.94 of the 08-04-2020), the Government created and financed the Liquidity Fund of the Guarantee Fund and of the Interest Contribution Fund managed by the Istituto per Credito Sportivo (article 14 of the aforementioned decree), to allow the disbursement of loans - without guarantees and at rate 0 - intended for the base of the sports world, which is facing enormous difficulties in this dramatic moment ", reads the statement.
"In this regard, I inform you that the bank immediately activated all the procedures necessary to offer the service, collaborating with the Office for Sport of the Prime Minister, with the common goal of making the opportunity accessible to interested parties in the most short time possible. Therefore, the Institute has provided for amateur sports associations and amateur sports companies registered in the CONI register or in the CIP parallel section for at least a year - pursuant to the decree - to grant loans, intended to meet the needs of Covid-19 emergency-related liquidity, with the following characteristics. Amount: from a minimum of 3,000 euros to a maximum of 25,000 euros, to the maximum extent allowed of 25% of the turnover of the last balance sheet or of the revenue of the last statement (in both cases, at least 2018), regularly approved by the company or by the association. Duration: 6 years, of which 2 for pre-amortization and 4 for amortization, with payment of the first installment after the 2 years of pre-amortization. Interest rate: total reduction of interest for the entire duration of the loan by the Interest Contribution Fund - Liquidity Section; 100% guarantee of financing by the Guarantee Fund - Liquidity Section.
The product, together with all the specifications and the necessary documentation, will be made available as soon as the formal procedure of the Ministerial Decree, already signed by Minister Spadafora, which defines the operating criteria of the Guarantee Fund - Liquidity Section, is concluded. of art.14 of the Liquidity Decree. In the next few days, therefore, the SSDs and the ASDs will be able to access the request for funding directly from the homepage of the website www.creditosportivo.it in the section dedicated to the support measures linked to the epidemiological emergency Covid-19, by filling in the online form. Among the documents that must be attached, there is a letter of attestation from the National Sports Federation of reference that the SSD or ASD has been affiliated for at least 1 year and is in compliance with the payments of the association commitments.
