The men qualified for the final stages, just like yesterday in snowboarding, are ten, and qualify the top five of each battery. In the first the best is the Swiss Kai Mahler (91.50) in front of the American Alexander Hall (90.75), the Swedish Henrik Karlaut (90.00), the Norwegian Birk Ruud (89.25) and the Swiss Andri Ragettli ( 88,25). In the second, a Swiss rider, Fabian Bösch (91.50), lined up the Canadian Alex Beaulieu-Marchand (90.50), the New Zealander Finn Bilous (89.75), the Swedish Jesper Tjader (88.75) and US Colby Stevenson (87.50).
The Canadian Evan McEachran remains out with 87.75 despite having obtained a score of 25/100 better than that of Stevenson. Also here no qualified blue but it was foreseeable: thirtieth René Monteleone (68.25), thirty-fifth Kilian Morone (57.50), fifty-first Igor Lastei. At 5 pm the final stages of the two races will begin.
