Italmobiliare and the Zanatta family, the controlling shareholder of the Technical Group, have signed a letter of intent aimed at the participation of Pesenti Group holding companies in the Italian company of outdoor footwear and ski equipment.

As a result of an articulated simplification plan for the shareholding and a rebalancing of the financial position of Tecnica, the operation under consideration provides that Italmobiliare will acquire a qualifying minority stake (approximately 40%) of the capital from the company in the face of a Total financial commitment of around 60 million euros.

The transaction is subordinated, in addition to the free way by the competent Authorities, to the complete renegotiation by Tecnology of current relationships with credit institutions in order to obtain a debt reallocation and remodeling in such a way that the new Conditions allow to implement the revival and development plan already identified by the Group.
Tecnica Group is a leader in the world of outdoor footwear and ski equipment, and has some of the industry's leading brands: Technique (ski boots and footwear), Nordica (ski and boots), Moon Boot (footwear) Lowa Trekking), Blizzard (ski) and Rollerblade (online skates).
