The group Rossignol Rossignol and trademarks of reference, Dynastar, Lange, Look, Risport, Kerma, switch to the Norwegian fund Altor. The current shareholders Macquerie, which holds the majority, the holding corporation Jarden Use and President Bruno Cercley they are going to sell 80% stake to the investment fund Altor, while the remaining 20% ​​will be divided between the President and the manager of the group, the French investment company Investment Corporation Weber and family Boix-Vivies.

The family Boix-Vivies had controlled the company from 1955 to 2005, before selling it to the Californian group Quicksilver for about $ 300 million. Quicksilver Rossignol had then sold three years later for less than half of that price to the consortium led by the Australian Macquarie. Passage of the new shares should take place in the autumn, after the approval by the relevant government authorities .
"In the last five years, the Group's shareholders Rossignol gave the management the means to reposition the company on the road to a sustainable long-term growth through major investments in new products and the modernization of the production process," said Bruno Cercley, "the mission is complete: our legendary brand was not only saved but it is growing at a rapid pace and new ambitions."
Rossignol in the year that ended in March 2012 had a turnover of EUR 210 million with a profit of 5 million, and produced 900,000 pairs of skis.
