Vista Outdoor Inc. announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Easton-Bell Sports Inc. to acquire the division Action Sports BRG Sports, run by Bell Sports Corp. which includes brands such as Bell, Giro, C-Press and Blackburn.

The acquired brands will be integrated into the Outdoor Products segment of society & agrave ;, resulting in a balance of career portfolio of brands Vista Outdoors between divisions Shooting Sports and Outdoor Products. Vista Outdoor announces the closing of the transaction within the next 30 to 60 days.
