In mid-December triggered the '2015 edition of the Ski Mountaineering Youth Camp

After the huge success of the first edition, last December on the slopes of Lienz, also this & rsquo; year ISMF proposes its internships beginning of the season for young talents of the Ski Mountaineering, December 10 to 13 on the slopes of Bad Reichenhall in Germany.

The internship is open to all athletes between 12 and 20 years, will be & agrave; a & rsquo; good way to approach the new season, and comprehend & agrave; lectures, specific training and racing techniques; everything will end & agrave; with a competition between the participants. Young people will benefit from the teachings that will be provided to them, among others, by two ambassadors of the Ski Mountaineering World as the world champion Mireia Miro Varela and the winner of the Pierra Menta 2000, Gil Orriols Jansana, today physical trainer of the Montreal Impact. The last year 49 young people representing 11 countries took part to the Stage; here in detail the program in 2015: - Workshop on Security in the high mountains, how to behave in case of an avalanche - Workshops on material by race / waxes / tuning (Riap sports) - Races: Vertical and / or Individual - Film show with atelti professionals in the room - Ski tour or training on the track with ski instructors - Workshop & ldquo; & agrave rapidity; changes in & rdquo; with professional athletes. - In case of lack of snow, the participants will be transported by bus from the district Ski Resort (Kitzsteinhorn) - Final Ceremony and delivery of material offered by the main sponsor- Dynafit.
