Sunday, April 6, you run the Trophy Alta Val Tanaro

At the end of the season time of recoveries for all the races that were postponed over the past weekend because of bad weather. So, Sunday, April 6, will run Trophy Alta Val Tanaro, individual ski mountaineering race of the Maritime Alps in Classical Technique and Freedom Technique.

The route of the race in classic technique involves a departure from Garessio 2000. The equipment required for athletes includes crampons, harness and lanyard. The race course runs for about 1900 meters altitude in 15 km. There are 4 climbs: the first ascent of about 700 meters, leaving the track; then the first change skins to deal with the first descent.
